For Firm Owners
You've built something real. Let's make sure the next chapter is too.
If you're a CPA or accounting firm owner thinking about succession — whether that's next year or five years out — we'd like to be one of the conversations you have.

These are guidelines, not rules. If your firm is close but not exact, we'd still like to talk.
Frequently asked
The questions owners actually ask us
What happens to my team?
+
Your team stays. We invest in them — with training, modern tools, and clear career paths. The single biggest reason firm sales fail post-close is staff turnover, and we structure deals to align everyone's interests around long-term retention.
Will you change the firm name?
+
Not unless you want us to. Many of the firms we partner with keep their name, their office, and their local identity. Omega Growth Partners is the parent — the firm in front of clients stays the firm.
How fast does this move?
+
We move at your pace. Most conversations span a few months before any formal offer. We'd rather take the time to build trust than push a transaction.
How do you value firms?
+
Quality of revenue (recurring vs. one-time), advisory mix, team depth, client concentration, and growth. Typical multiples range from 1.0x – 2.5x revenue depending on these factors, and we're transparent about how we get to a number.
What if I want to keep working?
+
Many sellers stay on for 2–5 years in a reduced or advisory role. Some choose a clean handoff. Both are valid — we'll structure the deal around what works for your life.
Is this confidential?
+
Completely. Nothing is shared with your clients, team, or competitors without your explicit go-ahead. NDAs are mutual and signed before any sensitive information changes hands.
